This took a lot of patience, time and resources to happen but in the end I was able to over come it and have this wonderful vehicle. The next thing is I finally found a new home for me to live in. It is in the city called Rocklin and I already love this little area and my apartment is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment of 950 square feet. Not huge but works perfect for me. I put a 9 month lease on it in case I can find roommates down the road and can find something cheaper but for now this will do. One thing I have learned is that it is so important for us to save and prepare for tomorrow because of all the money I have saved when I was in Belgium as no kidding paid off. Because of all the financial en devours I dealt with my savings haves in all reality paid off! I thank the lord for helping me to be a better person in finance and budgeting.
Some fun pics of my house, mind you I am still sorting all my stuff out and it looks better now and today I get my furniture! So this is not the way I live lol :)
Another fun story was I went to this regional YSA activity for the church where we had a mud obstacle course and a color war which was loads of fun! Even better I ran into one of the missionaries I meet in the Netherlands there and we did it together which was so nice because I did not know anyone there. It is interesting the small church world we live in.
His name is Elder Ryan Leash and the handsome gentle men to your left is me :)
Any who also I got to meet some neat people from Davis area at the Roseville dance that we had awhile ago. This gal here invited me to a fun hiking trip with her church at Lake Berryessa. So much fun and overall so much beauty :)
Then last an final I got to go to the Sacramento Temple. Such a beautiful and peaceful places to be at. I forget so much how much beauty and wonder that goes on in the house of the lord. Makes me realizes how much I need to continue this service, especially since it is so close to me know! I hope to go as often as possible and continue do the lords work in his house.
Right now I just feel truly blessed since I have returned state side. I have found friends, new peace, and also challenges that not hurt me but improve me. I was listening to a song and it said that trials do not define us but they refine us. I know I have a lot of trials ahead of me and some will be harder then others BUT I know this that Heavenly Father has a plan for us, he is here for us and that we are not alone because we have our savior. I hope an pray that all of us are doing well and that in time of our struggles and burdens that if we can not find the strength to stand, that we go to our knees and pray for the strength to stand again. Also one thing to share last week I had a inspiring moment when I got to teach in Elder's Quorum I got to teach on Elder Richard G. Scott talk on revelation and inspiration in our lives. It was amazing cause it taught and shown me the ways I can receive these for my own personal life. It was hard also to be willing to share a story about a friend of mine who had passed away a year ago and how it was hard for me to know I didn't listen to the inspiration to share with him the gospel. I felt though the holy ghost testify that I should share and explain that Jesus forgave me and gave me a blessed opportunity to speak with his girl friend who is also the mother of his child. I got to share the Book of Mormon with her and give a picture of Jesus Christ, to show to her that the savior is here for her and that there is a plan for them to see each other again. I know that these things are true and I am blessed cause of it. I hope you enjoyed my fun and crazy stories hopefully I can keep up to date better with my blog! For now take care brothers and sisters and may God be with you till we meet again! Love you all!!
